Secretary to Chairman

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage Chairman’s calendar and schedule for appointments.

2.Filing documents and maintaining the same.

3.Taking dictation and typing.

4.Coordinate with other Directors and all concerned

5.Assist Chairman in the management of his schedule

6.Provide assistance to the Chairman in routine matters.

7.Check, sort and distribute mail for the Chairman and determine level of priority.

8.Answer phone for Chairman, take message or answer all routine and non-routine questions.

9.Handle routine nature correspondence independently.

10.Make travel arrangement.

11.Arrange meetings .

12.Gather information and prepare reports.

13.Receipt /dispatch and distribution of faxes, mail and e-mail.

14.Assist Chairman in every aspect.

Important Personal Attributes: 

Proactive, efficient, flexible, Multi-tasking ability, good in written and spoken English, committed, planning and organizing skills, honest, must possess positive attitude, MS Office Proficiency.

Desirable skills:

Ø  Applicants should be willing to work in Islamabad.

Ø  Applicants should have strong inter personal skills.
