Main Responsibilities

 

·         Excellent Communication Skills

 

·         Fluent English is must (both written and spoken)

 

·         Support your team in office admin work and provide professional advice & help

 

·         Dealing with UK companies

 

·         Must be professional in Ms Word, Excel, Outlook

 

·         Book Keeping

 

·         Preparing and drafting professional letters.

 

·         Managing Rental Portfolio in a system.

 

·         Regular dealing with Tenants, labours etc.

 

·         Maintaining Care Support Software and keeping all data updated regularly. 

 

·         Excellent co-ordination with UK office, clients, suppliers

 

Office Timings:              9am to 5:30pm (UK GMT Time)

 

Pakistan Timings:        1pm to 9:30pm (March to October)

 

                                           2pm to 10:30pm (November to March)

 

Desirable skills:

 

Ø  Applicants should be willing to work in Islamabad.

 

Ø  Applicants should have strong inter personal skills.
