Lifecycle of Services

In order to deliver Recruitment & Headhunting Services , We adopt Following process.

Meeting with client to understand their talent resource requirement as we believe sharing in reviews to do a kick start is always better.

SLA (Service Level Agreement) is signed to initiate the process of headhunting.

Utilizing all the applicable techniques, a pool of shortlisted candidates is generated and shared by IRco's POC.

Client shares the feedback on submission for further processing such as interview/Test.

IRco POC keeps on sharing the resumes of shortlisted candidates approached through headhunting.

Once the client is satisfied and IRco's headhunted candidates gets shortlisted for placement.

IRco's POC shares the invoice.

Client pays the invoice. within 10-15 working days.
