Job Description


 Responsible for managing and executing Routine Accounting related data entry

 Preparation of Ledger and Data Entry into Quickbook system i.e. CASA

 Coordination with branch offices and Support departments for documentary control

 Data Entry into internal Information Databases

 Maintenance of Office Supplies & Office Equipment Maintenance

 Dispersal/Hand Delivery of Documents to Govt Offices, Banks, Vendors etc.

 Support in logistical and lodging arrangements (Office Vehicles/Driver Management)

 PABX Attendance management  Support Admin/Corporate persons-in-concern in their day-to-day activities
