2nd of April 2013. It commenced its operation from Islamabad. The primary mandate of the company included HR Services of, Recruitment & Headhunting, Payroll outsourcing and corporate training.
As a result of untiring efforts by IRCo Team, we were able to emerge as one of the leading Recruitment companies of the country. We now have some very well-known industry giants as our clients. These include Fauji Group (Army lead Corporate Companies), K-Electric, Hashoo Group of companies, Dawlance Group, Pakistan Civil Aviation and Jaffar Group.
IRCO has earned its credibility through expert services delivery in headhunting of technical manpower. We now have a dedicated team working on technical hiring. Our clients include, TERADATA, METIS International, Voice Plus, Exatex, Red Buffer, Jaffer Business Systems Private Limited. (ZONG) , Philips, Pakistan MNP Data base and Fiber Home international.
This expansion in clientele encouraged us to open our regional office in Karachi in 2016, which is now looking after the operations of the south region.
