Our History

Islamabad Recruitment Company (IRCo) was established on April 2, 2013, as a Single Member Private Limited Company registered with the Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan. The company commenced operations from Islamabad, focusing on Human Resource services, including recruitment and headhunting, payroll outsourcing, and corporate training. IRCo has emerged as one of Pakistan's leading recruitment firms, serving prominent clients such as Fauji Group, K-Electric, Hashoo Group, Komatsu. Dawlance Group, Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PEEF), PRIMA Co, Pakistan Civil Aviation, Fiberhome, and Jaffer Group.

In response to the evolving economic landscape, IRCo expanded its services to include technical recruitment, securing contracts with clients like TERADATA, METIS International, Voice Plus, Exatex, Red Buffer, Jaffer Business Systems Private Limited, ZONG, Philips, Makkays, Pakistan MNP Database, and Fiber Home International. This strategic expansion led to the opening of a regional office in Karachi in 2016 to oversee southern operations.

On July 13, 2021, IRCo transitioned from a Single Member Company to a Private Limited Company, reflecting its growth and commitment to enhancing its services. Beyond IRCo, the company also operates Islamabad High Tech Engineering Company and Islamabad Payroll Company Limited, further diversifying its portfolio and reinforcing its position in the industry.
